In 2016, Carl invented the TrueTurnPro, the world’s first non-invasive thoracic spine isolation and rotation device. This award-winning tool helps optimize the function of the thoracic spine for Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Sports Performance.
Carl founded the In2One Wellness Studio in 2011 in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has built elite programs for pro athletes, business leaders, and health-conscious adults. His holistic methods cover physical and mental wellness, strength, detoxification, and nutrition.
His journey began with the Los Angeles Sports Medicine Clinic, where he became a Level 4 Board-Certified Physical Therapy Technician. He later served 9 seasons in the NBA—starting with the Los Angeles Clippers—as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and Rehabilitation Specialist.
Carl holds affiliations with top organizations like the NSCA, NASM, NBCCA, and International Taekwondo Federation, and is a former professional ballet dancer with the Cleo Parker-Robinson Dance Ensemble.
Today, Carl is a wellness innovator driven by purpose—to help people move with greater freedom and joy through products and training systems that reflect his deep expertise and creativity.
