I started playing so young I couldn’t even tell you when I fell in love with this game. My competitive junior career began at age ten. Growing up in South Dakota, I quickly learned I would have to travel to compete. As a teenager I was fortunate enough to spend time learning at the IMG Golf Academy in Florida. That was where my love for golf instruction was born.

I learned from some great coaches and competed against some of the best in the nation. In high school I was a regular on various tours throughout North America. I was lucky enough to win an AJGA (American Junior Golf Association) event prior to moving here for college at Grand Canyon University. Sports injuries can be a blessing and a curse. In my case more of a blessing. My pro career began in 2019 but it became clear that my passion to compete would not overcome the five wrist surgeries I had by that time.

When one door closes another one opens. For the past fifteen years I was fortunate to have been taught by some of the best instructors in California, Florida, South Dakota and Arizona, many thanks to you all.

Their knowledge and instruction helped me to become a better player. But more importantly, it served to help me find my true calling — teaching others this great game. Let’s get started.
